1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Passlane regarding your use of our Chrome extensions (the "Extensions") and this website (the "Site").

2. License to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the free features of the Extensions in accordance with these Terms and the Chrome Web Store policies. Pro features require a valid, paid one-time license.

3. Pro license

Pro is a one-time, lifetime license purchased in USD via Creem — there is no subscription and nothing recurs.
After purchase you receive a license that unlocks unlimited sites and removes ads permanently on the device(s) you activate.
A Pro license is sold per user; sharing or redistributing a single license is not permitted.
Prices may change; changes apply only to future purchases.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Extensions.
Use the Extensions for any unlawful purpose or to violate others' rights.
Resell, redistribute, or share Pro access with others.
Attempt to circumvent licensing or payment controls.

5. Intellectual property

All rights, title, and interest in the Extensions, Site, and related content belong to Passlane or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any intellectual property rights except the limited license above.

6. Disclaimers

The Extensions and Site are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Passlane shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extensions or Site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your Pro license.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using the Extensions at any time by uninstalling them.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law & contact
